Well I been watchin' while you been coughin, I've been drinking life while you've been nauseous, and so I drink to health while you kill yourself and I got just one thing that I can offer... Go on and save yourself and take it out on me
I still can't understand how you can fry ice cream. Doesn't it just melt faster?
There is an easy way to make a Salmon & Tarragon ice cream at home, while you are adding the sugar to dissolve in the hot milk, rest the cooked fish in the hot milk for 30-45 minutes. During the last 10 minutes of the steep, add in some tarragon. Pull out the fish and herbs after steeping. If you really want to go crazy, fold in some sliced almonds before freezing the ice cream solid.
