Whatever deity you pray to. Would somebody start scanning and posting cards from the game on here? Its killing me knowing that the game is out and I can't learn more about it.

For a start, it would be great if WOTC could release the in-game scenarios as a downloadable pdf. I think this would answer a lot of questions about replayability and how various game bits are used.

Doubtful, even FFG don't do that...

Have you looked at the bonus ones?
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/RavenloftAdv.pdf

That is how they appear in the book. The scenarios (I have played and read so far) have a set tile the players are looking for... randomly shuffled under a set number of other tiles.

Where you go and what you face until you find that one tile... will change every game.

The heroes will also change each game-- as the player can choose a different assortment of powers each time.

So far... fun and intense... I am not worried about re-playability.

Is the game length typical, ending between the 9th and 12th tiles?

That zombie run looks awesome but *really* hard.

This isn't the same as a picture but it's all I got right now:

Quote:
FLESH GOLEM
UNDEAD
Strahd's twisted experiment with death created a monster that has a shambling semblance of life. AC 14 | HP 10

TACTICS
The Flesh Golem activates at the start of each Villain phase.

*If the Flesh Golem is adjacent to a Hero, it attacks an adjacent Hero with a brutal slam.

*If the Flesh Golem is on a Start tile, the active Hero takes 1 damage.

*Otherwise, the Flesh Golem moves 1 tile in the direction of it's tile's triangle.

slam: Attack +8 | Damage 2 and place the Hero 1 tile deeper into the dungeon | Miss 1 damage

What this doesn't convey is the interesting way in which you can defeat the Golem in his feature Adventure. Either take out all of his HP or you can find and show him three items that calm him down . Or you can possibly show him three items that piss him off.

thanx

but what does mean "place the Hero 1 tile deeper into the dungeon"?
one tile away from the golem ?

I would guess that the golem "pushes" the player it hits, to a different tile but not the one the arrow is pointing to.

Where would you order for the fastest possible delivery to Norway (Bergen to be specific)?

And, Wow! Impressive work with the database!

"Deeper" = "further into the dungeon" = "away from the starting tile"

Thanks! The focus will probably shift more towards WoA as more and more people get a hold of CR. Not sure if there will be much more work done after that. WotC might not be too keen on too many details being so freely available either. I definitely see a future for User Generated Content being collected there as well. We'll see. :)

You could be the first to start a website dedicated to fan content and FAQs!
One of my friends kept saying the whole time he is anticipating fan created scenarios.

I would be more than happy to contribute. I was going to start picking through the components today and seeing if an idea would pop out.

I've not got the game yet but isn't that beholder a bit overpowered for this game?

Well it's a Villain (boss), so it's supposed to be powerfull. That being said, it has less AC/HP than Strahd. It's AC is quite strong though, but its HP aren't "all that". The attack is probably its strongest attribute though, and the most fun :) Can't wait to test it out.
