i dont know the rules, but i wonder if WW is the only scenrario possible.

could i use star wars figures with the rules?

If you note the publication date, 1913, you'll realize that neither WW 1 nor WW 2 had yet occurred when Wells put together the rule set for Little Wars. You could of course use it as inspiration for your own miniatures games.

I did own it at one time, and hope to again some day (somebody stole my copy, unfortunately). It's a book, and you can read the text here and see what you think. The rules are meant for late 19th century weaponry, but are simple and easily adapatable. You would of course need to acquire suitable figures and terrain.
