I'm looking for some dexterity/stacking games like Jenga/Villa Palleti. If anyone can think of some others of this manner, it would be much appreciated. I'm going to search by type too, but I thought I'd also try this route.

Bausack is the best.
Bamboleo is worth a look.

If you don't just want stacking games:
Carabande/Pitch Car
Pig Pong
Polarity
Loopin' Louie
Quack Shot

Zoch
Bausack and Hamster Roll are both lots of fun, expensive but lots of fun. You can now get these and several other Zoch games via Rio Grande. Boulder Games has both of these for about $45.

Bandu/Bausack/Sack o' Bricks/Sac Noir is/are maybe the best of that type that I've tried.

Crokinole is the best dex game.

Ntropy
OK, it's not on the Geek but there is a game called Ntropy which has a Garden version as well that might prove interesting to you.

In addition to Villa Palleti, Zoch has a whole line (many of which Rio Grande translates). See:

Bausack
Hamsterrolle
Schicki Micki
Igloo Pop
Jochen der Rochen
Gulo Gulo
Bamboleo
Froschkönig
Schleck und weg!!

Rio Grande is re-printing/re-distributing four of the Zoch wooden dexterity games: Bausack, Hamsterrolle, Sac Noir, and Bamboleo. Unfortunately the price points are just as expensive if not moreso than when they were available only on import ($55-75). For a dexterity cheapie that still involves stacking and balancing, Topple is one that is pretty easy to find cheaply. Balancing aliens is another balance game, and is widely available for ~$20.
