What happens when these combine?

Should I buy the hardcover rules if I already have the rules from Island of Blood? I would prefer to put money into minis and terrain.

Any ideas appreciated.

Gamewise, you will only miss some themed battle suggestions that come near the end of the hardcover. Put your money on minis and terrain!

Agreed. You might be better off deciding which army you want to build up and buy that Army book and some units instead of the hardcover rules.

i was in the opposite boat, wanted the rules but didn't want High Elves or Skaven so i got the hardcover, templates, spell cards and combat calculator etc instead. friggin works of art, all of it. Worth every penny either way you go. happy gaming!
