A group of friends and myself have recently been playing the new version of Risk, where each player has 4 mission cards. There's been some major arguments about some of the meanings of the missions.

In particular, the mission that states "Have the most units on the board" (Colonel) - does this mean that to complete the mission you must have the most units on the board in total, or just the most units on the board compared to any one other player?

Can anyone help?!

We always play - more units than any other player. If you had more units than ALL other players combined, there would be little point in playing the Mission version - just wipe them out.

I agree. It just has to be more than every other player individually not as a group.
