In might is right variant the duel tiles are balanced by money. If player 1 gets the sum of duel tiles 11, he will get 19$, and if player 2 gets the sum of duel tiles 22, he will get 8$. In that way this is balanced.

Now in New Beginning everyone gets 50$, so how should I share the duel tiles?

1) Should I give everyone the same tiles? (0,1,2,3,4,5)
2) Should I give them randomly (like until now) and ignore the money?
3) Should I balance them by giving more money to the players that have the lowest sum of tiles?
4) Or maybe there is some another solution?

Nothing wrong with option 1. I never understood the random assignment of tiles on the Might Is Right Variant for 3 or more players...
