The mechanics of Topminos are exactly the same as Hi-Spot: 3x3 grid in which you build stacks of transparent tiles. Each tile has one or more dots in nine possible positions on the tile, and stacks are built making sure the dots don't overlap.

The only difference, apart from the colour of the dots, is the rules. In Topminos you may play a stack of tiles into an empty space, whilst in Hi-Spot tiles are played only one at a time. Completed stacks are discarded in Topminos, whilst in Hi-Spot they are returned to the bag. I think these two games should be considered as variants of the same game.

I think the rule differences are enough to warrant its own entry. Topminos allows playing more than one tile on a turn and the order of play yields different scores.

The similarities with Hi-Spot/Stack-Ominos are there though.
