I am a Eurogamer. I play a bit of everything, co-ops, area control, bidding, etc. I own Agricola, Power grid and lighter things like stone age.

I'm looking for some CARD games. I already have:

Dominion
Thunderstone
Race for the Galaxy
Lost Cities
Glory to Rome
Mystery Rummy: Jack the Ripper

However,I want some more to fill out my collections. Any ideas? I'm open for anything except things like poker. I want GAMES!

There is a road, no simple highway, between the dawn and the dark of night, and if you go no one may follow, that path is for your steps alone. Ripple in still water, when there is no pebble tossed, nor wind to blow.

To seek the sacred river Alph, to walk the caves of ice, to break my fast on honey dew and drink the milk of paradise... I had heard the whispered tales of immortality, the deepest mystery, from an ancient book I took a clue.

Some that I enjoy;
Fairy Tale- set collecting and nice artwork. Good filler game.
Court of the Medici- a 2 player game only but a fun filler game.
Dungeoneer: Tomb of the Lich Lord- a dungeon exploration style card game that will also require a 6 sided dice and some tokens to play.
Genji- wife and I like this one for the theme and artwork.
Seppuku- indie game from Mike Grant with beautiful artwork and 3 expansions. A good battle game that my family enjoys.
Cutthroat Caverns- another fun card game with a nice element of cooperation and ultimately betrayal to win.
Once Upon a Time: The Storytelling Card Game- a very nice story telling card game.

Hope these titles prove interesting and hope you find the right game(s)!

Some of my favorite card games are:

Battle Line Players try to build the best sets of cards in 9 positions on their side of the board. Uses a lot of logic since you can claim a position if you can prove that you're opponent can't beat your combination given the cards that are visible.

Hera and Zeus Essentially "Stratego the card game" with a mythological theme.

Gang of Four, Tichu Four player "climbing games" where you try to get rid of all your cards by playing higher combinations than the ones that are played before you. Gang of Four is easier, but most players seem to like Tichu better.

The Bottle Imp A very odd trick taking game. But may people find it really cool.

BANG! If you ever want to play a game with lots of people (e.g., about 6), this is a fun light game.

One of my favorite card games with tons of strategy is Warhammer Invasion. It is a "Living Card Game", meaning it does have some expansions although the base set provides enough cards to build four separate decks. Great strategy in building decks and in playing the game. Highly recommended! A recent favorite is Gosu. It comes with 100 cards and has very different and strategic play than other games. Very good with two players, great with three, and a bit long in the tooth with four (some downtime which I personally did not mind but others did). Also highly recommended. One more is Battle Line, which while having an ancient greek theme plays like something I would call combat poker. It is much simpler than the others but fun none the less. There's three for a start. Enjoy!!

Good suggestions above.

Through the Ages is basically a card game and a lot of fun.

You could also take a look at Card Driven Games, like 1960, Twilight Struggle, Washington's War, etc.

And some PURE card games not mentioned above that you should check out: Jambo, Jaipur.

A couple that I didn't see mentioned; as well as a few that first came to my mind:

For Sale- An excellent auction-ish game that could go well with any group.

Railways of the World: The Card Game- Sounds like a good adaptation of the board game and one that presents a card game in a new way that would compliment the games you already have.

Bhazum is one of my favorite from Small Box Games. You should really check them out. John designs some fantastic inexpensive card games. I think pre-order is still open. I recommend this to anyone.

7 Wonders is a very good game. It only takes about 45 minutes to play once you know how it works, and it speeds along similar to Dominion... but with different mechanics (as you can tank cards you think your neighbor might want).

Traders of Osaka is a great economic card game. It is hard to find at the moment... but worth it if you can get one at a decent price.

Yomi Is a great little fighting game. It's a recent go-to game.

Coloretto This game has stayed in the rotation as a filler. Everyone likes it. It has the same mechanic as Zooloretto in a little box.

Parade Another excellent card game filler with just enough strategy to keep you coming back.

Warhammer: Invasion is an excellent battle game.

Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game is a story driven battle game... that can play as deep in theme as you are capable. I really enjoy this one.

Felicity: The Cat in the Sack is a light game with enough strategy to make it fun for everyone. Read about it... it's great! It's like For Sale with blind auctions... which adds a twist.

Rivals for Catan if you like SoC at all... this is great.

Though this is somewhat chaotic, there are quite a few strategies that can be persued and since players are treating multiple patients, you can utilize different strategies in on each at the same time.
