Hi guys here is our report about our global war playing by Vassal.
We are playing with all expansions (except Lif and Fif), all optional rules (except tankers and intelligence) and the 2d10 system.
It's our first global ever so don't be shy to give us advices or comments :)

Hope you enjoy it, sorry for the mistakes, my english is pretty bad.

Me - Germany and Italy
Federico - Japan

Alle - Allies

We are looking for another italian guy for the allies, if someone of you know any italian players please write me on bgg.

M/A 1940

According to the Italian ancient popular wisdom "marzo pazzerello fa il tempo brutto e bello" (mad march do mad weather) the crazy weather denies every long period strategies (we roll a 11, a 2 and a 9).

In Europe the mix of sun and snow and the initiative allows the Allies to hold the Frenh border manage at best their air forces and making a lot of ground strikes with bombers and artilleries that disrupt the German front.
In the first weeks the Brit send 3 flocks of bombers with 2 squadrons of fighters, to help the French aviation (that sends 1 bomber and 1 fighter), German reply with 4 groups of fighters.
The Allies are able to shoot down a German fighter and to hit the enemy artilleries (flipping them).
The French also kills a lonely German bomber over Lille.

While the wheater change from sun to snow the Royal Navy launch another bombardmet using its aircraft carriers, again 3 bombers and 2 fighters leave the carriers flight decks, but now the German defences are ready, the 88 flacks raise the hell in the sky: 2 bombers repel and 1 shot down.
German reply with a second strike over Lille but achieve only minor succes (1 flip).
Lille remanins impregnable.

The only German succes is the attak of an heavy French stack in the Ardennes, V. Bock lead the assault and repel the French forces without loss (1B, a French Mil die).

In Asia the Chinese manage to secure their defences in the north placing some artilleries on the mountains around Tai Yuan.
The Japanese advances in the south where Yamamoto lead another winning assault on the mountains near Kwei Yang killing the nazionalist forces (1 Inf and 1 Mil) without losses.

The IJN strike fleet (CV and BB) with Imperial Marines set up near Singapore but they don't do anything and enter in Canton at the end of April.
The last action in China is smashed the partisans in Shangai and takes back the city.

The USA continue their criminal policy against Japan deny them the vital resources (no tens) and allowing Chinese to build aircraft (tens), furthermore they give some aircrafts to the Brit (tens).

Losses (bp): Germany 9 (planes and pilots), Brit 3 (plane and pilot) China 5, France 2.
