Just received a few minutes ago a tiny sheet of errata counters.

8 counters in all including the missing Papal and Hapsburg control counters, a few land units and an excommunicated marker

Did you have to order them or did they just show up?

He had to say the Pater Noster on each of the Spanish Steps and then his counters were released from GMT.

They are supposed to just show up, although I haven't gotten mine yet. I saw on the GMT update email that they announced they had shipped (past tense), which made me a little nervous about not having received them yet. Thanks OP, now I know not to sweat and to give it a few more days.

Timothy,

I have just purchased the second edition of this game from an FLGS in Glasgow, Scotland. I am busy with the rulebook and haven't actually sat down to play it so:

What exactly is missing and how would someone like myself who purchased from a retailer go about getting them? Your help would be appreciated.

With kindest regards,

Jim

They just showed up in a CD mailer, I thought it was the new REM cd. I didn't order them, but I did get my copy of HIS direct from GMT during the reprint which shipped over the new year if I remember right.

I'm close to GMT too, about 300 miles up the road so one day in the mail sounds right, you east coast geeks have to wait a bit.

Heh, as a p500 customer I complained a while ago and actually got a whole new counter sheet from GMT.

Now I can slip in some more counters to make those minors a little more powerful when I need them. "What? Of course the Hungarian force pool is supposed to be that big. You must be remembering wrong."

Order early people, it pays off ;)

The Coat of Arms of Clan Montgomery - Scotland. Yes, that's a woman with the head of a savage in her hand, and an anchor. No clue what it means, but it's cool.

As you probably already know, oneilljgf, since you purchased from a local store, I would contact GMT Games directly (via e-mail) and ask them to send them to you.

Cheers.

Another reason why GMT's support is industry-leading. They replace things I didn't even KNOW I was missing (Twilight Struggle errata cards). Who else sends errata to direct purchasers like this (seriously, I want to know so I can buy direct from them, if ever deciding a purchase)?

Now, what I'm really missing are the Google control counters. Them Googlonians are everywhere...

On topic: can't wait to get that little sheet - having experienced their excellent support previously, I suppose (one should never assume! whistle) they send them to P500 customers no matter where in the world they are.

Images of the errata counters have been uploaded to the galley (pending approval)

The Instructions printed on the countersheet are a nice touch, explaining what the counters are for is a simple but very useful bit of info to include.

nice job

Excellent customer service!

I mailed GMT and got my errata counters sent to me in Sweden. And it didn't take long either.

Kim, mine took 18 days from first emailing GMT Hanford, California to arrival in Glasgow, Scotland.
