This game consists of a plastic ship towing a smaller boat; 20 sailors in four different colours and each with a magnet in his head (really!!), and a die.

The larger vessel has four spaces on the deck, labelled 1,2,3 and 4 and the small boat has two spaces marked 5 and 6.

Each player starts with four sailors of the same colour and the object is to be the first player to place all his sailors on either vessel.

The player, in his turn, rolls the die and places a sailor on the space with the number rolled. The other players do the same in their turn.

If a player has to place a sailor onto an occupied space, he slowly holds his sailor close to the occupying sailor, to see if his magnet in his head attracts or repels the sailor there. Once he has started this action, he may not turn his sailor round. If his sailor is attracted, he places it beside the other sailor; if it is repelled, it is "Man Overboard" and the other sailor is returned to the player who put him there. Sometimes a player can send overboard several other sailors in one turn, his own included.

The winner is the first player to place all his sailors safely on board.

Overall, a good game for 6 to 7 year olds. Even younger children could play but make sure they don't like eating magnets!! The rules are not the best ever written and Mum or Dad might have to polug the gaps with their own house rules.
