What is our group missing? We think the bonus building for 1 point per cube in storage is too strong. Not only is this a $14 building instead of at least $20, but it can give enormuous victory points for very little risk. There's a $20 building that gives 2 points for each different type of food. I originally read it as 2 points for each food cube and that seemed reasonable in relationship to the above mentioned building since all food items are in storage areas, but obviously there are other items so 2 points for just food seemed reasonable compared to 1 point for anything. Also, the $20 to $14 cost seemed reasonable. However, once we realized the 2nd building was only for "types" of food instead of cubes of it, that building seemed way underpowered and too expensive.

Bottom line, several people in our group thinks the building for 1 point/storage cube is just too powerful! Any counter-arguements before I suggest we get rid of that one...

It's not 1 point per cube. It's 1 point per *type* of cube.

What you're missing is checking the forums for the three or four threads that already answer this before posting the question again...
