4 months after sending them my 50$ and numerous attempts to contact them I have not received my game, and have not been even once been able to get them to make any sign of being alive. a friendly word of warning - do not pay for any orders from them unless you are VERY sure there's anyone on the other side able to move his finger at the sight of your order, and not just gladly accept your money.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble contacting them. They appear to be moving product - at least into bookstores. I've seen several copies of DC Adventures Hero's Handbook in my area. Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition Hero's Handbook comes out next week and I've got a copy pre-ordered but it's through Amazon so I'm less worried (i.e. I can cancel anytime up to the shipping of the item). I've not had to contact them directly, however, and it bums me out to hear if they aren't responding promptly.

As the General Manager of Green Ronin, I can assure you that we are definitely NOT OUT OF BUSINESS. Occasionally someone finds that e-mail through our web forms gets blocked/bounced/doesn't reach the intended recipient because they've inadvertently been caught up in our spam prevention measures but there is sticky-message on the Green Ronin forums titled "How to handle ORDER ISSUES" for just that reason.

From that thread:
You can PRIVATE MESSAGE NICOLE if you are having order problems. If you post randomly to message boards about order problems, the people with the power to help you sort out your issue are VERY UNLIKELY to see it! A PM to Nikchick, on the other hand, gets flagged directly to someone who CAN help you.

Posts about your issues with orders should be moved to private message. Please include as much information as you can about your issue, including your REAL NAME and CONTACT INFORMATION in addition to your ORDER NUMBER or DATE OF ORDER if you have it.
