Has anyone here dealt with Nexus customer support?

I've sent an email to them concerning MageStorm components and asked around about response times but haven't heard anything from anybody.

Anyone have any insight? whistle

I thought I replied you a couple of days ago.

We're currently organizing the way to best service our customers in North America, we have normally serviced our European customers and sporadically some US customers. However with three games releasing at the same time in North America, we now see the need to arrange things differently.

Please be patient, all customer requests, including damaged or missing parts, will be serviced in a few days.

I had not heard anything from anyone for a while Roberto so I appreciate your response.

Usually just a quick reply such as yours will keep me patient but not hearing anything at all makes me wonder, so thank you for replying

Starting next week, we'll start sending out replacement components to our customers in North America and the Pacific Rim from our warehouse in Ft. Wayne.

Sorry for the delay, but we had to organize the service with our distributor.

Customers in Europe will still be serviced from our Italian warehouse,
