I wonder if there are any complete game transcriptions like the example play in the rulebook? Maybe log files from tournaments?

I have posted a few games from wargameroom with full logs.

Game 1 of the Gupta Division Semi-finals in the WarGameRoom
Game 2 of the Gupta Division Semi-finals in the WarGameRoom

This one is not a complete logs, but have all the major plays and may be easier to read.
Wargame Room Gupta Conference Quaterfinals Game 3

The are all wargameroom league final games, so between 2 people with winning records in the 16 game online league.

To follow-on to Steve's comment: All Wargameroom TS games have logs, but (AFAIK) they are saved only by the two players, and are not saved in a central database.

At any given time, there are dozens of active and complete games whose logs are viewable on ACTS, although you might need to set up your own board to follow them.
