Aren't these pretty much worthless as of two years ago?

When I used mine they were good for 10% off an order in their web store, but you could apply multiple discounts at once.

They said they're not redeemable for cash, but... I just bought TTR less than a week ago and it came with a code, I haven't bothered to use it.

PM me I suppose? I don't think I would really use the discount on Small World or any other expansions of TTR. Not in the near future (a year?) at least.

DoW converted from a "pay as you go" system of access to their games to a perpetual rights access.

Originally, you could use the codes to buy 6 month blocks of access to all of their games. When they converted, you could use the codes to buy permanent access to specific games. The more games you wanted, the more codes you needed. Obviously, you could also supplement codes with cash.

Codes over and above what were necessary to buy full access to all of their games could be converted to discount coupons in their online store.

So then can a game code be used to "buy" the perpetual access?

Unfortunately, only two of the 10% off DOW store coupons could be combined at a time. Since they charge full MSRP + regular shipping rates, I found it cheaper to buy at my FLGS or to combo for a big order elsewhere online. All of my coupons went to waste. cry

They could at that time. That program has long since expired.
