I love professional wrestling. I would like some games that cover the topic. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be many that I know of.

I just ran into a topic on the main page for a game called Wrasslin'. It is now on the wishlist. I also know of the game WrestAngel. I will check it out as well.

Is there anything out there that does a good job of simulating pro wrestling?

Thanks!

Anybody played Superstar Pro Wrestling Game? I did a quick search for "wrestling" in the search bar and got mainly ccg's. An advanced search turned up nothing, but I may not be using it effectively enough.

If you can find any, the WWE Raw Deal game was really good.

This. Over 2,600+ times since August 2008 laugh . No shortage of sellers on Ebay either, although some sets are naturally harder to find than others.

I've been watching this one, Unpublished Prototype. Don't know if it's something you would find interesting. Not much information on it at the moment anyways.

I will agree that Raw Deal is definitely worth the time - really fun game and the rules aren't too complex (if you stick to the earlier card mechanics anyway!)

I think the only downside is some of the newer wrestlers won't be available in game as it has been out of print for several years.

Man, I wish some company would pick this game up again. It was super fun!

I too have WWE Raw Deal on my wish list. My girl friend is a WWE fan, and I'd love to have another 2 player game that she'd enjoy to play. Search eBay or online, and you'll be able to find a good deal to get started.

Well, if you're not opposed to homebrews:

http://www.teamcanadaonline.net/index.php/board,54.0.html

Oldies and new Superstars in bundles as well as signature stuff for the official ones.

As I mentioned on the game's forums here on BGG, IMO Revolution 2 Extreme Combo Box is a solid first buy, it gets you 4 starters + 24 boosters, you'll have little trouble to putting together four reasonably balanced (against one another) decks. Mechanics are the same, certain things are just different in Classic format vs Revolution, but Revo is probably more starter-friendly.

WrestAngel doesn't simulate pro wrestling, and uses fantasy races, but it's lots of fun.

Several wrestling games out there -

Most established is Champions of the Galaxy (and it's off-shoots).

You can find a plethora of games at DriveThruRPG (they sell print-on-demand and pdf versions of games), including the one I did -

Modern Day Gladiators - Wrestling Game
