This is great news. One of my fav games. I've had it out on the kitchen table for the past week but cats stop me from setting it up and leaving it. Will download and look at over the weekend.

It so great to have Vassal module for this classic - thanks!

But I'm wondering how one uses the Battle Movement Display in the module, since the rules say to pivot the display to match the bearing of the Japanese reference ship in relation to the US reference ship.

There's no way to pivot that board in the module, that I can see.

Or do we just have to leave the display as it appears, and do a bit more figuring to translate the geometry as needed?

Just wondering: Could the Battle Movement Display be made instead as a playing piece (in effect, a super-large card) that then can be given the "can pivot" trait, etc? That might make it more versatile.
