The PHOTO method is where you 'record' some "Session" upon your GAME board with 4 differing colours of erasable 'marker' to denote the TIME PERIOD with such. You could also denote the "die-rolls" nearby to show what had happened. Once that is completed, then take a PHOTO for this, and include such within your "Session Report". Upload them within your OWN "Gallery" if you will.

*BONUS*~'round' I got this and read overall what it entailed, and decided there/then: WHY NOT "record a session" through the following method. You'll require some durable, flexible, written-uponable material as an overlay, like thick plastic or even that soft plastic CLEAR kind from some luggage item. ONCE you gotten something that is BIG enough to cover the entire LENGTH for their 'pitch', then you 'section' it into 4-"time periods"/QUARTERS as you wrote-out/drawn-out the PLAY with 34 annotated within their specified AREA. The 'overlay'-piece allows you to position the QUARTER being 'recorded' with the ability for being situated anywhere upon this. You could even HAVE 4 separate QUARTER-sheets too, if you truly desired even that, while I'm going with the 'cheapo~est' method, so: "go for it!"
SOME "thinking FURTHER man!"
