1. I assume that the Censor can appoint a Prosecutor from his own Faction, correct?

2. Can this appointment be vetoed by a Tribune?

3. Unanimous defeat can only occur if all of the OTHER Factions vote against the accused, because I assume the Censor's faction will always vote against, and that is hardly unanimous, right?

1. Yes. The only restrictions are that they are in Rome, not the Censor, and not the accused.

2. No, it is not a proposal. However, the whole prosecution can be vetoed. So in that sense then, yes.

3. It is unanimous from the other factions. In other words, if you are the only one voting for it, you will be disgraced. Make sure at least one other person agrees with you first!
