If given the option, I would prefer to play with the green pieces, please.

I'll join in your quest to vanquish Devil Bunny. I'll play Green.

Warning, I have an irrational fear of Sweaty Men and Ferns so I might occasionally panic when climbing the building.

I think we shall play a 2 pieces per-player game to begin with!

As long as we're not experimenting with cheese, I'll play blue.

Please let me start on the right hand side away from Wesley Snipes.

I'm going to begin already. New players still have the opportunity to join in at any time, they can just follow straight on from the end of the last player who joined/is to move.

2d6 = (2 + 4) = 6

Start on the 4th square from the left. Diagonally up Right with the 2

Start on the 2nd square from the left. Diagonally up Right with the 4

Green - UP

I'll take RED, unless there is a way to be PURPLE.

Edit: Todd, you are so going to splat!

Rolling for Green - Move One 2d6 = (3 + 4) = 7
One piece moves up diagonally to the right three places. The other piece moves up diagonally to the right four places.

Edit: I think the starting position got shifted on the most recent board. Assuming I am starting for the O in GROUND, I'll move three to the right diagonally and two to the left diagonally.

We always played that you could start from anywhere on the ground..

Which is what the rules state. I'll go ahead and make my move, but if you want to redo your move starting anywhere from the ground you can. I will re-roll dice for my new turn (said before I saw what I would roll... in the next post just to be sure...)

Gary! What happened to hoosier solidarity? I'll back up your climbers if you back up mine. No, really, I will!

Come on Devil Bunny! 2d6 = (3 + 6) = 9

Yay! Devil Bunny!

Assuming yellow gets placed in the lower right corner, I'll move a piece up + left starting on the gray space 3rd from the left. Ending up at column 2, lv 3.

(Shift everything over 1 space right if I assumed wrong)

I'm good starting from the O. It's been awhile since I played. I skimmed the rules before starting but Devil Bunny used his evil psychic powers to make me forget that rule.

Did you just call me a Hoosier?! Hmm. You know what's even more solid? You'll find out. Starting with your face.

Nah, just kidding. Of course I'll back you up. whistle

If my Yellow Piece is lowered to the left, it will stop the (Shift everything over 1 space right if I assumed wrong) move on the first space, no?

Guess I could have written that clearer... I meant the lower left corner of the entire board (column 5, lv 1 (C5,L1) ). Aside: does that notation** work for everyone? Might make things easier to discuss moves...

Anyway, I was expecting green to pass yellow's piece to yellow's other piece and yellow placing it directly beneath (C5, L1). My move stands unless Yellow's piece gets placed at (C4, L1) which would block my original move, but not the alternate.

Does that make sense?

Also also... should we number our climbers? Might be easier to say blue 1 moves here. Blue 2 moves there.

Forgiveness. Not much experience with PBF...

**explicit notation description if it wasn't obvious - The far left column is column 1, C1. The far right, C6. L1 are the spaces immediately above the ground. L2 is above that and so on. So (C1, L1) has Wesley Snipes in it.

So are we still waiting for green (Chris) to expressly state where he's passing yellow?

I'd love to keep this game going.

Speaking of keeping the game moving....

I may have to bow out. My laptop was stolen recently and I no longer have internet at home for the moment. Not sure when that will get rectified either. Currently logged in from the library, but I can only make it there once a week.

Sorry guys.
