Human error is always possible whoever is printing it. It's how they respond to sorting out the problem that is the measure of a company in my opinion.
this human was a retard then. when i was looking in the stack of cards it went. clue 1A, clue 1B, Suitcase, clue 2A, clue 2B and so on. all the cards were in order but the extra suitcase i got.
