Hello Again,

I'm a bit confused as to how battle occurs when neither side is dominant when Finale is triggered. Lets assume that the Ringwraiths health have been determined from story track markers. A battle ensues and then both the hero and the Ringwraith become exhausted....what happens now? Just redraw cards and keep going? If this is the case then unless the heroes are far behind Nazgul don't have much of a chance considering how stacked the Hero deck is.

I believe that if the Nazgul's are not "DEFEATED" they win so mutual exhaustion is a win for Sauron.

Yep, that's correct. If the Nazgul survive, Sauron wins.
