We played the game after receiving it this morning. The rules were located outside the box which seems strange and unfortunately the game was also missing the cyberbunny cardboard figure.

I could return the game to amazon but was wondering if anyone knows how to contact the US publisher so they could simply replace the piece. I can only find iello's website which is in French.

Thanks, Patrice. My copy was missing Kraken (I had two Zillas instead), so I sent an email to Sandra.

Sigh, I sent a message as well. My insert is crushed (even though the outside box is perfect), the instructions look like the got jammed in the printer, and the game board has a dented/damaged corner. Very disappointing.

Did anyone get a response from Sandra? I had a problem with one of the black dice and haven't heard back from her yet.

I really wanted to get this game but if the dice don't hold up I won't

Cross-posting my response from another thread in case anyone else has a similar problem and has trouble finding the customer service link:

What he said. Also, there were rumors about changing the dice in the Italian version, with the rest of the versions to follow. Is this still tha plan?

I actually thought this was pretty cool. Since they did this, the back of the box is just art, without having to have the game summary, etc. there.

I hope you were able to get a replacement, Cyber Bunny is my favorite character.

Also wanted to add that my copy arrived complete and in good condition.
