Just wanted to share a good experience I had with Z-Man. I finally got a copy of Pandemic from the wife as a surprise present. Great game, great quality, typical Z-Man. For the first time from this company we had an issue with a component: The Cairo card was torn. I notified Z-Man at their customer service email. I never heard back, BUT, yesterday a new Cairo card showed up in the mail.

Hooray!

I love to see this kind of service from a company. Mistakes happen, it's how they are dealt with that matters. Points to Z-Man!

I encountered a similar response when there was a printer error with the first printing (this was a common issue that has since been solved; you can scroll back to find out about it). I sent an email, which went unanswered, but a new deck arrived in the mail.

Same thing when the expansion came out and they had to replace the deck completely with the new linen-finish cards.

Z-Man is a top-notch company when it comes to customer service, and I'm always happy to give them my gaming dollars because of this.
