A few local gamers/amateur chefs are working on an interesting project we just posted on Kickstarter. We're trying to get funding to make giant hollow chocolate meeples.

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/meeplejoe/giant-hollow-c...

Our quest to create edible meeples began using silicone putty to create actual-size meeple chocolates, molded from commonly recognizable game pieces:

They were so popular and so much fun to make that we decided to take it up a notch. What could be better than tiny chocolate meeples? GIANT chocolate meeples. We found an artist who was willing to create giant wooden meeples, and commissioned a set. Since a giant solid block of chocolate would be rather hard to eat, we decided to make our giant chocolate meeples hollow (like a chocolate easter bunny).

If you're interested in helping advance a creative board-game-related project, consider contributing via our Kickstarter page. Every dollar helps, and we're excited making these meeples a reality.

We could make them solid, but that would be a HUGE chunk of chocolate. If there's a big demand for it, who am I to say no? So far that's one vote and counting.

Now solid JELLO meeples would be another matter entirely... meeple

You are a genius! I am adding $50 and hope you get your funding. I hope to use these as prizes for my board gamers. Delicious, delicious meeples.
