Here is a diagram of several tiles from the game.
I have overlaid arrows and ID's.
In the upper corner is a key of modifiers in case the image isn't clear.

(If you click on the image it will open in the gallery and allow a larger view)

What I would like to get is feedback on this picture for move modifiers.

Example: Arrow D: A Soldier moving along this line would subtract 0 from his walk value since there are no modifiers along this arrow.

I hope this helps answer some of the rules questions and perhaps
will ultimately create a nice tool / cheat sheet.

MOVE

A -1
B assuming "Move and Move Again" the first segment is +0 the second would be +1. Followed by a Dog Tag MOVE +1, all three can possibly happen on one action card.
C same assumptions -1, +1 and then +1.
D +1
E -1
F assuming "Move and Move Again" the first segment is -1 the second would be +0. Followed by a Dog Tag MOVE +0, all three can possibly happen on one action card.
G +0

I wanted to clarify one thing to Jeff's response.

You take the move modifier at the start of your move and ONLY then. If you move more than once in a turn (i.e. "Move and Move again" or "Move" and a Dog Tag Move)then at the beginning of each of the move segments, determine the modifier for the move. That is where Jeff was able to get the "-1, +1, +1" because those modifiers are determined based on the location of the soldier at the start of each move segment.

Thanks Michael.

I may need to update the PDF I made of this to clarify also.
