I'm moving up to this neck of the woods in a few weeks and dont know what is avaliable locally. I'm moving from near Exeter, which has Clifton Road Games (an excellent shop) and although I'm not one for going in and playing games I do like the opportunity to have a browse an see games in the flesh, rather than being forced to buy online all the time.

I know there's a small shop in lincoln that sells comics an games, is there anywhere else nearby? (I'm guessing I'm gonna have to venture to the heart of Nottingham)

Hi Tim,

I'm not familiar with stores in the area myself, but there are some listed in the UK_FAQ... one in Lincoln and a couple in Nottingham.

surprise I looked at that first, but it's 1 hour 45 minutes away according to google maps! Spirit games in Burton on Trent is a similar distance too.

Of course Shire Games is WELL worth the visit!!

Thanks for all the quick replies! Might be able to swing by Burton when visiting the in-laws. Stoke is a little far away though. Is the one in Mansfield mostly Wargames or do they do other stuff?

Should think about these things before moving house!

Yes that's the other branch of Chimaera, but I think it closed down recently. Are you local to it?
