It appears to have been already. Check out Star Trek: Fleet Captains. Seriously, I would love for it to be expanded to the Heroscape game with space tiles, stars, black holes, etc. Space Heroscape! Just think, if you are within six spaces of a black hole, your movement away is halved and each turn you are drawn a space back toward the hole! Seems easy enough to do if someone was willing to alter their out-of-print Heroscape hexes!

I've already started working on adding a Star Wars fleet to this game. I plan on using the "models" from the failed WizKids Star Wars Pocket Model game. You can pick up boxes of them for dirt cheap at places like Walmart and Target, so getting the proper ships should be easy. I only started working on this today, but this is what I have come up with so far.

TIE Fighters:

Standard: Activate 2, Move 5, Shield 0, Hull 2, Launch 2
TIE/IN Laser Cannon
Charge 0, Range 2, Attacks 2, Strength 1



Seasoned: Activate 2, Move 5, Shield 0, Hull 2, Launch 3
TIE/IN Laser Cannon
Charge 0, Range 2, Attacks 2, Strength 1
FORMATION FLYING:
If a TIE Fighter starts its move adjacent to another TIE Fighter, add 1 to is movement.


Veteran: Activate 2, Move 5, Shield 0, Hull 2, Launch 4
TIE/IN Laser Cannon
Charge 0, Range 2, Attacks 2, Strength 1
FORMATION FLYING:
If a TIE Fighter starts its move adjacent to another TIE Fighter, add 1 to is movement.
ATTACK FORMATION:
If a TIE fighter makes an attack with its TIE/IN Laser Cannon, while adjacent to another TIE Fighter, add 1 to the weapons strength.




TIE Bombers (3)

Standard: Activate 3, Move 4, Shield 0, Hull 4, Launch 3
TIE/IN Laser Cannon
Charge 0, Range 2, Attacks 2, Strength 1
Proton Torpedo MKIV
Charge 1, Range 4, Attacks 1, Strength 2


Seasoned: Activate 3, Move 4, Shield 0, Hull 4, Launch 4
TIE/IN Laser Cannon
Charge 0, Range 2, Attacks 2, Strength 1
Proton Torpedo MKIV
Charge 1, Range 4, Attacks 1, Strength 2
BOMBING RUNS:
When attacking a medium or large ship with the Proton Torpedo MKIV, add 1 to the weapons strength.



Veteran: Activate 3, Move 4, Shield 0, Hull 4, Launch 5
TIE/IN Laser Cannon
Charge 0, Range 2, Attacks 2, Strength 1
Proton Torpedo MKIV
Charge 1, Range 4, Attacks 1, Strength 2
BOMBING RUNS:
When attacking a medium or large ship with the Proton Torpedo MKIV, add 1 to the weapons strength.
PRECISION BOMBING:
When attacking a medium or large ship with the Proton Torpedo MKIV, hits to the Critical Damage Point, destroy the ship, even if it's shields are still up.



Vaders Advanced TIE (solo)

Standard: Activate 2, Move 5, Shield 1, Hull 3, Launch 3
Twin Heavy Blaster Cannon
Charge 0, Range 3, Attacks 2, Strength 2


Seasoned: Activate 2, Move 5, Shield 1, Hull 3, Launch 4
Twin Heavy Blaster Cannon
Charge 0, Range 3, Attacks 2, Strength 2
ADVANCED TARGETING:
If you miss an attack (with any weapon) you may spend 1 energy to reroll both dice. You may do this once per turn.

Twin Heavy Blaster Cannon
Charge 0, Range 3, Attacks 2, Strength 2

TIE ESCORTS:
If Vaders Advanced TIE starts its activation adjacent to a TIE Fighter, or a TIE Bomber, add 1 to its move and add 1 to the strength and range of the Twin Heavy Blaster Cannon. This bonus is not cumulative.
