I follow NPR on Facebook, and the political cartoons they repost in their 'double take' feature are...great:

That's hysterical.

I don't really get the second one tho.

It's funny that Perry is viewed as a governor when the power that resides in governor in other states resides in the lieutenant governor in texas. He has great hair.

I'll be disappointed if he wins, but it's probably "no lose" as it will benefit texas.

---
In honor of Perry, who marched out to the wildfires and said that the federal government should provide aid ( recall that republicans are denying/trying to deny hurricane irene benefits unless they are paid for by service cuts (not tax increases and not defense cuts) elsewhere ).

Political cartoons can still be funny. NPR cannot.

NPR is just reposting them from other news sites, y'understand that, right?

For instance, the real publisher of that Perry cartoon is the Salt Lake Tribune

I really don't see how you can not see that one as funny, though - I mean, that's pretty much EXACTLY the packaging that Perry is wrapping himself in.

In any case, how about some others, then, that maybe are more to your political leaning?

...I think the political cartoons NPR re-posts in that section are generally pretty great!
