I prefer to comment on existing threads.

edit: I also frequently go back and edit my exisiting comments, to correct (some of) the errors.

I rather like the "Why are not everyone . . ." threads too. In fact, this morning I was surprised to see the original still kicking around and figured it must have morphed into something hilarious and interesting. I jumped directly to the final page [24] only to discover the same usual suspects circularly debating the merits of M:tG. Go figure.
