What do you mean, "save"? Do you mean add it to a favorites list so that you can easily find it later? If so, then yes. The introduction post to every GeekList has several links at the bottom, one of which is "Add Favorite". You can get to your Favorites List by clicking "Favorites" under the GeekLists menu at the top.

Alternatively, when making a GeekList, you can save it halfway and come back to it later - as you add items to it, they'll be saved, but it won't appear anywhere until you hit the "Submit List" button.
