You should have eight cards with three actions. Based on the Blue level you should have:

two Klingon Attacks
two Stardates
one stardate and lose clix if alone
one stardate everyone in your location loses clix.
two stardate discard crew or lose clix

I just got my copy today in Essen, but got the impression, that my cards may be misprinted. There don't seem to be many yellow and red actions ... I have:

2 act. blue: - yellow: stard. -1 crew or -2 clix red: 2x stard.
2 act. blue: - yellow: stard. red: 2x stard. -1 crew or - 2 clix
3 act. blue: klingon yellow: - red: - (2x)
3 act. blue: stard. yellow: no beam. red: klingon (2x)
3 act. blue: stard. -2 clix if alone yellow: - red: -
3 act. blue: stard. -2 clix in locat. yellow: - red: -
3 act. blue: stard. -1 crew or -2 clix yellow: - red: -
3 act. blue: stard. -1 token or -2 clix yellow: - red: -
4 act. blue: 2x stard. yellow: klingon red: - (2x)
4 act. blue: klingon yellow: - red: - (2x)

Is this correct? there are many "-" in the yellow and red level ...

I've compared this with my set and they are the same.

Concerning your comment "there are many "-" in the yellow and red level". You have misunderstood the meaning here.Let's take the first "2 Action" card you list.

If you are playing at "Academy Cadet" level (Blue) then the following happens.
The player receives 2 Actions.

If you are playing at "Starship Captain" level (Yellow) then the following happens.
The player receives 2 Actions.
Stardate advances by one.
You must discard 1 crew or lose 2 Clix.

If you are playing at "Starfleet Admiral" level (Red) then the following happens.
The player receives 2 Actions.
Stardate advances by three.
You must discard 1 crew or lose 2 Clix.

You should notice that the levels are cumulative. Playing at Red means that you also use the Blue and Yellow levels as well as Red.

From page 9 of the rules.
Academy Cadet: Use only the blue events on the Stardate cards.
Starship Captain: Use both the blue and yellow events on the Stardate cards.
Starfleet Admiral: Use all events on the Stardate cards.

Your cards seem to be correct. There are four cards with text in the yellow and red sections and two cards with text in the yellow section.

Phew my stardate cards match.

Is there a complete list of ALL the correct components?

If you go to the Vassal board game engine site, they have a module for "Star Trek Expedidtions".

If you download that vmod file, you can actually unzip it (I used 7-zip but other unzips may work). From the unzipped folders there is an image directory containing the image files that the creator used.

From there you can get hold of the image for your missing Star Date card if you are so inclined.

Neat idea. Guess it has all the components so would useful to check my component tally against.
