YEP, this game deserves this price.

Hoping it will help to see AFAOS to be at a better ranking on BGG.

I think the Mayfair general distribution hitting will also help (nice timing there!).

Just for my information : does this means that only US players are ones that own Treefrog version ?

I believe that's currently correct. Mr. Wallace has said that Mayfair is getting 3000 copies for US distribution, and I don't think they have made it to stores yet.

Congratulations Mr. Wallace! My best game of 2011.

Doesn't that make two IGA wins in a row, whith Age of Industry winning last year? And I wonder why Mr. Wallace is my favourite designer...

Wow! I can see why they chose it. It's playable, innovative and has a fair amount of depth. Congratulations Martin!!

I think what was meant (slightly awkwardly worded) was that all the US players got their copies direct from Treefrog. Of course there are several non-US players, most obvious from the UK where Treefrog are. It would be interesting to know from Martin what his international distribution is and which game is most widely distributed.

My copy is TreeFrog too. I ordered it from their website...for $70 including shipping...only to see Sphere getting it for half that price (shipping included) from CoolStuff Inc. Ouch!

Yes, you are right and sorry for my poor English.

I meant that all US players of AFAOS have Treefrog edition and only that version.

I own limited edition and here in France, Asmodée distributes the game since this Summer.

I asked this question because it seems weird that the game is available only now (late September) in USA.

Stuff from Europe takes a randomly long time to get to America. It's thematic!
