TROLL Alliance/Novice
Charges Opposing Allies A Fee
You have the power of Tolls. As a main player or ally in an encounter, use this power to force each opposing ally to pay you 2 Lucre or else they cannot ally. The main player opponent in the encounter may pay the Lucre for any player he wants as an ally who cannot pay you. Allies who were on the cone before you must pay you or return their ships to colonies. If a player is forced to ally against you and he can't pay you, take at random a card from his hand.
HISTORY: Tired of others interfering with their business, the Trolls decided to make that interference their own business opportunity. The Trolls either get the Lucre or are left alone. Either way, they win.
Use Only In A Game With Lucre
FLARE
Regroup Wild: You may buy back your ships out of the warp or another player's control on a one for one basis. If retrieving from a player, give him the Lucre.
Alliance Super: Your toll is now 5 Lucre and includes your main player opponent. If he does not pay you and is offensive player, the encounter is over and ships return to colonies. If you are a defensive ally, collect rewards. If he's defensive player, his ships do not count in the encounter, including for compensation or Victory Boon, but are still lost if your side wins the encounter.
Commentary: This is a Lucre power from Matt Stone's set. There is no intimidation factor against opposing allies, just a penalty for them to be one. If players stubbornly refuse to give you Lucre, the opposing side has no allies. So much the better.

Why is there no Word Games Forum or Subdomain?
There should be a Word Games Subdomain, or at least a Word Games Forum!

Not bad.
The Wild is written unclearly. What does "one for one basis" mean? It would be clearer to say, "You may buy your ships ... for one lucre each."
