What do the players know about what the bioterrorist does.
If I discard a card to do an action (charter or direct flight, or remote infection), do they know that is why the card was discarded?
If I discard a card to remotely infect, do they know that? or just know that I discarded a card, and perhaps I remotely infected or maybe I used it to travel. In my last game I used cards to remotely infect, thinking that I could fool them into thinking I was locally infecting and traveling, while the whole time I was standing still... Am I playing this right?

The section for Infect Remotely doesn't say that you say anything, but you place a purple cube in that city, which should make it obvious what you are discarding for.
It's important to note that you say the same thing regardless of what type of Flight you take; this keeps it ambiguous to the other players (did s/he just leave from that city or just go to that city?). Only say that you were "sighted" in X airport, not that you were arriving or departing or whatever.
