Indeed. The kickstarter claims that the designer has been working on it for years and credits the same computer game Tim does as his inspiration. It's a shame.
I have been in correspondence with the developer of Lemonade Stand and we both agree that we both used the old computer game as the basis for our games but the final result is completely different despite the theme being virtually identical. He is aware that my game exists.

The game as I understand it was originally to help teach maths to kids. I believe there is now an iPhone App of the game called Lemonade Tycoon.
I actually played the coolmath version quite a lot while I was developing my game. One of the big challenges I found was that the computer game does a lot of calculations automatically. It was difficult to streamline those computations in the context of a board game without becoming too clunky. I think I've made it as streamlined as I can (version 1.3.) while still retaining the same feel as the computer game.
I haven't played the new one but Stall seems like a much better game.
