Could you please explain me how the post-game sequence (4.4 page 33) works with some examples ?
I do not really understand the second chart with difference > 10 points.
As i see it the weaker player can only go weaker and weaker... goo

4.4 Post-game sequence
After the game ends, both players stand to improve their roster points total for the next games.
First compare the roster points value of each player, then consult the following chart to find how much roster points each player earns :

difference is less than or equal to 10 Pts
winner : 5 Loser : 10

Difference is more than 10 points
weaker player :
- loses : 10
- wins : 15

Stronger player :
loses : no change
wins : 5

Furthermore, Each player that killed a hero or a dragon during the game improves his roster points value by 5.

So indeed how does this works ?
let's go trough a campaign with James and Bill. They both start at 60 pts.

game 1 : Bill wins
Bill earns 10 and has now 70
James earns 5 and has now 65 : he lost but learned something from the experience.

game 2 : Bill wins again
The difference is only 5 pts between both before the game starts
Bill earns 10 and has now 80
James earns 5 and has now 70

game 3 : Bill wins again (maybe the fact that he's James' dad helps ^^)
The difference is 10 pts between both before the game starts
Bill earns 10 and has now 90
James earns 5 and has now 75

game 4 : James wins, eventually.
The difference is over 10 pts between both before the game starts
Bill lost has the stronger player so he earns nothing and stays at 90
James won against a stronger opponent and gains a whopping 15 from the experience, he's now at 90 too.

Game 5 will be a hard fought battle...

I guess it is winner 10, Loser 5.

I think that my problem came from the change between the first and the second Chart. I understood this one as the weaker player loses 10 points, and not as if the weaker player loses then he earns 10 points. Wich is, i must confess, much more logical.

Yup, small mistake indeed (5/10).

The campaign system rebalances the scoring, and should be familiar to anyone that has played some of the Games Workshop standalone titles such as necromunda.
