I just wanted to inform you that I am collaborating with Matagot to offer a point of contact for customers.

I had lost the booklet with the rules and card summary from Cyclades and asked if they could send me a new one. Since it was my own fault that I had lost the booklet it was a wild shot, but Fabien willingly granted my request (for free) and sent me a new booklet!
Great customer service from a publisher that also puts out games with top notch production quality!

I have the problem with the season 2 room 25 differing backs on the tiles. Discussed in this thread
I have contacted the the 2 email addresses quoted. Receiving an automated reply only from the 'email@example.com' email, and nothing from 'firstname.lastname@example.org'.
An update would be appreciated. Or at least a reply stating the issue is in hand.
