I am thinking that, unlike ASL, most PG games are pretty much self-contained. In other words, you would not need anything else to play the scenarios in the games (unlike ASL, where unless you have Beyond Valor you're pretty much toasted).

But what I'm wondring is whether it is possible for DYO scenarios to use maps from multiple PG games (as long as you can track which maps go in which box!). And also whether countermixes from two different PG games can be combined in a DYO scenario.

Expiring mimes want to know!

Most of the modules and zippies use multiple games. All the base games are self contained.

Once you get to the expansions & especially the downloadable scenario packs, a better question would be are there any that only use the one box set?

See here for examples... The Definitive Panzer Grenadier List - all those expansions explained!

However, all of the boxed games are self-contained.

Also check out the Panzer Grenadier Headquarters web site. It's run by Shad, the guy who started the above-referenced GeekList.

I admire a game that provokes that level of fanaticism.

Well, hopefully not to the point of tarring and feathering people who play other games, but you get the idea. (There is a scene portraying a tarring-and-feathering in the HBO series John Adams. It is horrifying.)
