The shipping cost hurts!! It's 63% on the introductory price for international order. Is there any way to reduce it for it is a publication?

My copy arrived yesterday. It's a very nice, professional-looking magazine with a lot of material, all on matt paper.

My favorite scenario provided in Dispatches is the 'Battles of Lodz and Krakau'. I've had the opportunity to play it twice at ConSimWorld Expo. Its just the right size to be completed in the four/five days of the expo.

Here are photos from the first playtest http://talk.consimworld.com/WebX?14@@.1dd0d6b9/435

The first play test was conducted with only three players. I played all the Russians. I managed but the following year we played with four players. It was perfect for four players. The Russians split down the middle by Fronts, the allies naturally split by Austrians and Germans.

Reading Dispatches, I came to the conclusion that this is not only a 'must have' for gamers who own TitE, but also for people with an interest in the First World War on the Eastern Front.

There is so much information in there to give you a good overview of what happened where and why, that it makes for a good reading even if you don't own the game.

I hope that more issues will follow over the next period to enlighten us even more on this often forgotten front. Which is not to say that I do not look forward to Western Front equivalents.

Great job, Mike!!!
