Fellow designers

for those of you who felt the pain when playing Cthulhu Dice

You probably think too that this game needs more to it.

I've started a thread on the game forum, so we can all collectively build a variant to make this game as good as werewolf or the Resistance.

It can be by adding 'Traitor mechanism, Hidden team, Special Habilities, Roles, Sanity Token Powers, anything...

I want to hear about your ideas so we can build a great variant for this poor game.

I don't see the point.

CDice is exactly what it set out to be.
Fast, shallow and cheap. It does great at what it's designed for.

I run it at conventions and people always have a blast. No, they don't play for hours, but who wants to?

If you feel the game needs "more" to it... then it's not the game for you.

Do you feel the need to add to every game you play?
I mean, what were you expecting for 5 bucks?

I'm not saying that this game is bad,

I just want to ask my fellow game designer to see this as a challenge and find creative rules around this simple game component.

It would be great to make this game based on a single die even more challenging with some new set of rules!
