Jan- March (2 turns)
Events:
CP Jutland (6 – 1VP for Allies), New AT ; Br Rigid Planning, Boelke
All: Phosgene, NE; Haig, They shall not pass


West:
The tide has turned. Germany only on defense, GB and F attack, Ger losses increase

Losses: GB 7, F 7, Ger 16

Italy: Italy attacks in March (good weather) at Tomino at 1-2 and rolls a 5. Each side loses 1 Div.

East:
Ru place most of their Repl opposing the Germans. Therefore their offensive against AH loses momentum. Apart from some attrition attacks on both sides, not much to report.
Germans on the attack, in March oberost south and north of Kovno and south of Otila creates breakthrough.

L: Ru 23+ HQ, AH 8, Ger 2

Serbia:
Belgrade survives AH/Ger attack in Jan/Feb but is occupied by AH unist in March. Bulg. Attack Nis suceefully in March at 2-1; the road for RP-transfers to Turkey is open! Serbs retreat to Skopje and Monastir.

Egypt:
GB continue advance on Gaza, building the pipeline determinded Tu defense. Next obj Rafah
Iraq:
GB send unitis to Abadan and attack the Tu siege of Abadan but fail to breakthrough (von Goltz)

Cauc:
Ru approach Erzurum and succesfully attack Tu units north and south of Erzurum. Tu still hold the Black sea town of Vitse.

VP-Level 14; U-boot 2, CP decides to switch initiative!

East:
Double Move! Oberost Attack in April south of Kovno and the offensives in May and June destroy large numbers of Ru forces. Attack on Kovno in June fails to take the city. Ru is forced to retreat everywhere 2-3 hexes. Germans adjacent to Kovno, Grodno, closing in on Minsk.
Attrition between Ru and AH continues with heavy losses on both sides:

L: Ru 30 + HQ, Ger 5, AH 14

Serbia:
The Bulgarians take Skopje in April and attack Monastir at 1-1 in May, 2-1 in June and, with luck, destroy the Serbian Army and take Monastir. Bul loses 6 steps on the way.

Italy:
AH send 3 3-4s as Reserve in case of a forced offensive. It contiunus to attack Tolmino at 1-2 odds but hae bad luck. IT 6, AH 0 losses.

West:
Allied offensives all along the frontline, Ger hold the line along the Somme with 3Div/hex, otherwise single 3-4-4 defense line.

Losses: Ger 23, Fr 14, Br 4

Egypt:
GB attacks on Rafah in April and May fail to take the town (Tu determination) event, are too weak to continue in June (hot -2 modifier).

Iraq:
GB 3-1 attack from Abadan successful (6), Tu CA in May at 1-1 fails with heavy losses. Tu have to withdraw. GB take Basra in June and pursue.

Caucasus:
Ru attack Erzurum (defended be 6 Tu Div), heavy casualties on both sides. Ru fails to take the City (as Tu player I always try to have some Tu Div in the Strat Mov Box, in order to be able to send units quickly)
