In the rule book it say that Siege Engines hava a combat strenght of 4 when attacking City, fortress or Fortification. What is the combat strenght of a Siege Engine when it attacks a territory with no City, fortress or Fortification?

Thanks

"Siege Engine: Adds 4 Combat Strength
when attacking (or supporting an attack
against) an area containing a Castle or
Stronghold. Otherwise it adds 0 Combat
Strength."

If my Siege Engine attacks from Kings Landing to Kingswood, its attack value is 0. It is clear. I trust it still receives support from Blackwater Bay ships, raising my combat value in the fight. Please confrim.

Yes, of course. You also count any bonuses from your March Order (if applicable) and your House Card Strength.
