We (Conquistador Games, www.cqgames.com) are looking for a production artist to help us with our games. Other artists and designers will create the core assets and parts, and we are looking for someone who enjoys putting pieces together, creating production-ready files, and otherwise working in the crucial final stage of the production process. We're not interested in artists/illustrators who just need the work: we want a hard-core production specialist who LOVES the toughest final mile necessary to producing a great looking game.

Yes, this would be a CASH UP FRONT opportunity, you will not be expected to hope there is money on the back end after games are produced. Our intention is to try someone out and, if they work, use them on an ongoing basis, possibly to include a guaranteed minimum number of hours a month.

We're only looking for freelancers who are interested in being involved in game design work as a paid hobby, not design firms or full-time freelancers, unless the rates are very affordable.

PM me if interested.
