I am a miniatures gamer:

Warhammer, Dystopian Wars, and whatever trouble I get myself into in the future...

I don't like putting all the pieces into those carrying cases with the foam...and while at home would like to put them in some sort of drawer system.

Something like you might see in a garage that holds screws, etc, but I'm looking for one that will have drawers wide enough for a large amount of 25mm models (Warhammer size).

I can get rubbermade ones big enough for tanks, large models, but what about one that has a lot of medium size drawers?

Anyone know of a good site, or product? I've been searching amazon but keep finding the same little drawers for screws, nuts, bolts etc.

Look at Container Store or similar for Jewelry Boxes/Storage.
There are Jewelry Boxes as big as a night stand with short drawers and there are also felt-lined drawer inserts for jewelry.

I have two nightstands with narrow drawers meant for jewelry that I store rubber stamps in...

Make one yourself or find a woodworking buddy to help you out? Maybe even custom build a gaming table with storage drawers built-in?

Maybe just use shelves? Cheaper than drawers, and fewer worries about exact dimensions. For transport I like the rolling crates you can get at office stores. They'll hold two stacks of Sabol foam side by side which is a lot more than the commercial bags will (plus they roll and may have pockets).

We stopped using fragile miniatures and only use plastics. They're lighter weight so they do not get damaged as easily as the metal ones. Then we just put them in plastic boxes with removable lids (Rubbermaid-type boxes). The boxes are all fit pretty well to the miniatures inside - small box for small guys, big boxes for big guys. Then the boxes are placed on a shelf. Works fine but does use up a lot of room.
