Ok, so I just discovered the holy grail of snacking. Shhhh. please don't tell anyone.

It's (sorta) healthy, very filling, and super delicious. Your lives will never be the same.

Ok here it is:

1) step one, get a spoon.
2) scoop a scoop of your favorite peanut butter (preferably straight from the fridge)
3) Go get some Nutella (it's like hazelnut peanut butter with cocoa. brilliant!)
4) add an equal scoop of nutella
5) enjoy.

Man on man, de-lish

1 tbsp Adam's Creamy + 1 tbsp Nutella:

200 calories, 63% from fat
13.5 g fat (21% RDA)
3g saturated fat (15% RDA)
11g sugar
5g protein

For healthy, I'd drop the Nutella and try celery or apples instead.

I think you mean it's basically chocolate syrup with a little hazelnut paste mixed in to thicken it up.

from wikipedia:
Quote:
According to the product label, the main ingredients of Nutella are sugar and vegetable oils (mostly palm oil), followed by hazelnut, cocoa solids and skimmed milk. Nutella is marketed as "hazelnut cream" in many countries. Under Italian law, it cannot be labeled as a chocolate cream, as it does not meet minimum cocoa solids concentration criteria. About half of the calories in Nutella come from fat (11 g in a 37 g serving, or 99 kcal out of 200 kcal) and about 40% of the calories come from sugar (20 g, 80 kcal).

So it has hit the USA. Has been my favourite sweet from my youth, now I would get a sugar shock.

Seriously. Chilled peanut butter is nearly unusable.

What? Why? Nutella says not to keep in fridge which we don't, but we always keep pb in the fridge. Not supposed to? Do tell, thanks!

I don't keep my peanut butter in the fridge. I keep it next to the Nutella in the cabinets.

I don't know how you spread it. Anytime I've ever tried to keep peanut butter in the fridge, it becomes a solid brick.

Agent: Hello!

I am an automated agent for Skippy®, a member of the Unilever family of brands. Leave a comment, ask a question- the choice is yours! Keep in mind I work best when you use complete sentences.

Example : Where can I buy Skippy® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter?

Any comments or questions you type here will be reviewed by a brand specialist; however, since I am a virtual agent my answers are not personalized.

User: Does peanut butter need to be refrigerated?

Agent: Unopened and opened jars of peanut butter may be stored at room temperature; refrigeration is not necessary.

Keep the jar tightly closed and store in a cool place. Storage temperature affects product quality.

Excessive heat will accelerate the loss of fresh flavor and cause oil separation. Cold temperatures, even above freezing, can change peanut butter's consistency, texture, and thickness.

Peanut butter may be refrigerated to retain the product's optimum flavor, but it will not be as easy to spread. Freezing is not recommended.
