New Year's Eve 8 of us played one of the Jamie Swise series of Murder Mystery Games, the 30 year-old "Murder by Proxy." We had a good time, and it reminded us of all the fun Murder Mystery Games our group of friends played in the 1980s and 1990s with Jamie Swise, How to Host A Murder, Life of the Party, and Murder Mystery Party games. We haven't played much in recent years except from among my collection of unplayed games on my shelves from decades past.

Can you help us solve the mystery as to identifying some more recent good mystery party games? Would you have any recommendations for newer Murder Mystery Party games, particularly those for 6 - 10 players. Oh, and our favorites have fun themes, characters and settings, and logical, solvable, and not too complicated solutions. And, it seems that there are some print and play companies out there that might be worth checking into, if you might have any recommendations of these.

Any recommendations for good party mystery games would be much appreciated -- thanks!
