Late night munchies tonight. I was firing up the toaster oven to heat up a potato knish. My local Costco sells a brand straight from New York (I know they're not as good as buying them fresh out there, but it's still better than pretty much anything else in these parts).
Now, I typically top a knish with yellow mustard and enjoy. But tonight, I wasn't in the mood for the vinegar and spice of mustard.
As my mind tried to come up with something different, I thought of the thread I posted this week about my bacon chili cheeseburger burrito.
That's it! A bacon and swiss knish!
